Accessing Bernhard Gatzhammer's dissertation

Hi there, I am new to preCICE and would like to read Bernhard Gatzhammer’s PhD dissertation. Unfortunately, the link provided in the Literature Guide does not work, and I have not been able to find the pdf elsewhere (only metadata).

Could someone please share the document here?
