one thing you could monitor is the Courant number. Another thing is the quality of the mesh.

At the moment, I donât have FeniCs or Solids4foam installed. Can you try to prepare a case with CalculiX? Alternatively, Can you post the error messages?

@Turan before coupling anything, I would first try to run a flow-only simulation and ensure that this is converging. It sounds like this is mostly a mesh and general simulation tuning issue, than a coupling issue.
I understand that the last post here was a while ago. Did you manage to make any progress in the meantime? If you already solved (partially) the issue, how did you achieve that?
