Hey preCICE community!
I’m Shaurya, software engineering student from India. I came across preCICE while exploring Open-Source projects and got genuinely curious — when I saw Webstite Modernization in “Contribute to preCICE” page.
I started by exploring the website repo to get familiar with the codebase and contribution workflow. One thing I noticed was that the logo wall on the landing page had no way to filter by organization type, so I opened PR #842 to add a simple category filter. It’s a small UI addition — filter buttons with vanilla JS — but it was a good way to understand how the Jekyll site is structured.
I’m interested in contributing further through GSoC this summer and happy to take on more substantial work. Looking forward to being part of this community!
