Hello, I am trying to use the m2n:mpi in precice-config.xml, but ran into some problems:

I ran this case with multi-node parallell computing. I am using the Precice-2.4, and I’m wondering whether this problem could be due to the version being outdated or the Incorrect configuration in the precice-config.xml file. I don’t know how to solve this problem. I need your help, thank you very much.

@Cascade1001 the MPI Ports feature is not available in every MPI implementation. As the error message states:

Underlying runtime environment does not support accept/connect functionality

Which vendor/version of MPI are you using?

In any case, the default recommendation to communicate via sockets should be good enough in most use cases:
