Initialize() has to be called before getMaxTimeStepSize() can be evaluated

Hi, everyone!
I am simulating a 3D coupled case, and I am getting the following error in the fluid part.

Why did precice initialization fail? What does this have to do with getMaxTimeStepSize()?

Are any of your participants using an adapter that is not one of the official preCICE adapters?
