Does Fmi_runner support FMI_v1 and FMI_v2

Hi Precice Team,

Looking through the tutorials, I found inside the Oscillator fmi tutorial, there are files for FMI2 within the Oscillator.fmu folder., so I would like to ask if the Precice Fmi_runner also supports FMI_v1 and v2.

Short answer: yes. IIRC implicit coupling is only supported for FMI3, but everything else should also work for FMI1 and FMI2.
