Call for abstracts - preCICE MS at the WCCM 2024 in Vancouver

We are organizing a preCICE minisymposium and a full-day training course at the iacm WCCM 2024 / PANACM 2024, taking place between July 21-26 in Vancouver, Canada :canada:.

Abstract submission is open till January 15 29 February 2 (final extension). Show the world what you are doing with preCICE!

This will be the first time that we organize a preCICE session at a conference on the other side of the Atlantic, and we are looking forward to meeting the local community, and especially those that usually cannot make it to Europe.

Remember that we are also organizing the preCICE Workshop 2024 in September 2024. Note also that, in order to focus on the WCCM this year, we will not organize a preCICE MS at the ECCOMAS Congress 2024 in Lisbon in June, as we would have normally done if we followed the pattern developed so far.

We are collecting information about the minisymposium in the preCICE website.

The abstract submission deadline has been extended to January 15.

Come and meet other preCICE users and developers in Vancouver!

We also intend to offer a training course, in case this makes the decision a little bit easier.

The abstract submission deadline has been extended to January 29. Our full-day training course has also been accepted.

For those of you planning to submit: send it already, it’s probably good enough! :smile:

For those of you that want to join, but have no funding or time: we will meet each other some day. :hugs:

The abstract submission for the conference has been extended till February 2 (final extension). So far, it looks like we will have at least one full session with preCICE-related talks (+ the training course before the conference)
