this celerityShapeFunctions does not originate from the adapter’s code, but probably from waveFoam.
What boundary conditions are you using in OpenFOAM? I can imagine that this is some case where you need to adapt the code a bit.
What are you simulating? Some wave-structure interaction scenario?

In the case of non coupling, using waveFoam can work normally, but this error will occur when coupling with Calculix through the preCICE interface。
