# Will preCICE work with SU2 and my own in-house structural solver

Dear preCICE group,

I want to know, how can I use this adapter for SU2 and my in-house structural solver. like extracting force from CFD and transferring to structure grid and vice-versa with displacement?

Hi @Rashmikant15

You can have a look at the [perpendicular flap tutorial](https://github.com/precice/tutorials/tree/develop/perpendicular-flap) where SU2 is coupled to different structural solvers. Although the solvers are somewhat well-known in the field of finite element computational tools and libraries, you can look at the code and get an idea on how things would work for your in-house structural solver.
